FREE Life Coaching Sessions
Amidst a frenzy of ‘accelerated change’ in the 21st century, life can offer us many exciting opportunities to express ourselves. But between BookFace, Instadramas and the perennial juggle between work & play we’re also suffering from digital fatigue. This provides an array of unique challenges; particularly when for some, the two merge into one. But what we wish for hasn’t really changed that much from Plato’s original analysis — that is to ‘flourish’.
About Fiona Buckland
Fiona Buckland is a Professional Co-Active Life Coach trained by the internationally recognised Coaches Training Institute and is a Member of the International Federation of Coaches. She is also an experienced workshop facilitator, writer, writing coach, and member of the Faculty of The School of Life. Her professional experience flows from her passion in engaging people in ways we can live richer, fuller lives.
Fiona is a Fulbright scholar and published author, with a Ph.D. in Performance Studies from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where she lectured in writing and performance. Rather than continue a career in academia, she took a road less travelled and worked extensively in UK and US corporate life, including key strategic roles with Amazon and Penguin.
More recently, as a creative leader, she launched a respected independent publishing house dedicated to reinvigorating the art of the essay— hailed as “a pointer to the future of books.” She also set up one of the most valuable international essay competitions in the world, combining her love of sharing ideas and supporting writers, with expanding the possibilities of business.
Now she dedicates her time to coaching individuals, groups and businesses, writing and facilitating classes and workshops. For the last few years, she has also worked as a curator, producer and speaker coach for TEDx.
Sessions are 30 minutes long and will run between 12–3pm // State of Independence Market, The Village Green, Hackney Downs Studios, Amhurst Terrace, EB 2BT // To book please email: email@example.com
